Terms & Conditions for Classes, Camps, Events, and Memberships

Registration & Payment

• Full payment or required deposits are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated

• Registrations are not considered complete until payment has been received and confirmation is issued.

Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered for classes, camps, events, programs, or memberships.

• In the event of illness, medical emergency, family emergency, or severe weather, brickLAB may allow a reschedule or credit at our discretion, subject to availability.

• Missed classes, camps, or events without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

• Reschedules or credits are not guaranteed and must be requested as soon as possible.

• Registrations may not be transferred to another participant without approval from brickLAB.

Program Changes, Cancellations & Availability

• Schedules, instructors, curriculum, and activities are subject to change without notice.

• brickLAB reserves the right to substitute comparable activities or instructors when necessary.

• brickLAB reserves the right to cancel a class, camp, event, or program due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In the event that brickLAB cancels a program, a refund will be issued for the canceled class, camp, or program.

Participant Expectations & Conduct

• Participants are expected to follow all brickLAB rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times.

• brickLAB programs are hands-on and collaborative. Respectful behavior toward staff, fellow participants, and materials is required.

• If a participant is repeatedly unable or unwilling to cooperate, listen, or follow directions, brickLAB reserves the right to contact a parent/guardian and send the participant home for the remainder of the day.

• Removal due to behavior does not qualify for a refund or credit for that day.

• A participant who is sent home due to behavioral concerns may return on the following scheduled day, provided expectations are clearly understood.

• Severe, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund and may impact eligibility to continue participation.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring participants understand and follow behavioral expectations.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

• Parents/guardians must adhere to designated drop-off and pick-up times.

• Late pick-ups may result in additional fees.

• Participants will only be released to authorized individuals listed during registrations.

Membership Terms (If Applicable)

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Membership benefits, pricing, and inclusions are subject to change.

• Misuse of membership privileges may result in termination without refund.

Agreement & Acknowledgement

By checking the box during registration, you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the registered participant(s)

• You have read and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above

• You understand that all sales are final, and participation is voluntary
