Shipping Options & Zones
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We currently offer the following shipping options:
Local Shipping: Available within United States.
International Shipping: We do not ship Internationally but is to be added soon.
Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Estimates: 3-7 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearances or high-volume seasons.
4. Returns, Damages, & Lost Packages
Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at frisco@mybricklab.com
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the package is deemed lost by the carrier, contact us and we will assist with a replacement or claim.
